Malcolm Hill co-founded EigerSearch in 2007. He is one of the City’s most experienced Compliance search specialists.
His recruitment experience began in 1998 with a leading international firm and ever since then his primary focus has been assignments within the regulatory sector.
Over the years, he has undertaken mandates for an array of both London and overseas-based clients. He is particularly adept at working on senior level assignments, which have included global level appointments. As such, he possesses a track record of placing many Heads of Compliance, MLROs and experienced product specialists.
His earlier career was in the military. He is a graduate of Edinburgh University, from where he obtained both a B.Com and an MBA.
